is the projects in gallery only to be judged?

is the projects in gallery only to be judged and are the winners announced from this gallery projects
because my project is not in gallery so if not are you guys judging all submissions for winner announced

  Hi Kaustik,

  If a submission is not in the gallery, it was either missing most of the eligible pieces, was not a project that used the required tools, or was otherwise showing content we can not display.
